Hyatt Regency Toronto on King offers a variety of flexible venues that can be arranged to meet the needs of your specific event.  Whether you're planning an intimate board meeting or a gala for several hundred guests, we have a meeting room to match your requirements.  For your added convenience, all of the meeting and event facilities in our Toronto meeting space individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity, and High Speed Internet - wired or wireless.

King Ballroom
Plan an elegant banquet in our 8,100-square-foot ballroom, accommodating up to 900 people for a standing reception or as many as 30 8' x 10' exhibits.  This exquisite space is ideal for large presentations and formal galas. For smaller functions, this ballroom can be divided into two spaces.

Regency Ballroom
At nearly 9,000 square feet, the Regency Ballroom offers our most flexible function space, breaking into five separate rooms, plus additional foyer space. Accommodate between 40 and 500 for an opening banquet, or enjoy a theatre set up for as many as 550 guests.

Studio Rooms
Hold breakout sessions, classroom discussions, or smaller sessions in one of our seven studio rooms on the conference level. Ranging from 350 to 1,000 square feet, these rooms can accommodate intimate groupings of ten for a boardroom discussion to standing receptions or theatre-style set ups for 50 to 60 guests at a time.
